Learn to master the "vital few" skills that transform people & horses!

Project Reboot is a six-week program that guides participants through 22 essential exercises based on the Pareto Principle or 80/20 rule which helps identify key skills that are known as the "vital few".

These are the skills that if focused on have a significant impact on influencing a horse. The program rebuilds the horse’s foundation to foster a meaningful partnership and solve both horse issues and increase rider confidence.

Hosted in the supportive CWCH Society Members Group on Facebook and Project Reboot Community Forum (for non-members of the society), the program is affordable, flexible, and designed to get people back on their horses with practical and sensible guidance.

What Past Participants Have Said

“Getting the basics really good solves a lot of problems. Having a set of predictable exercises helped my horse feel confident that he could get things right.”

“Having a program to follow gave me so much confidence. Because I had structure and knew what to do, I was much clearer to Coco—and she trusted me. I felt like a good leader.”

“At the start I didn’t feel confident, but the more I did it, the easier it became—which gave me confidence. He became more relaxed once he knew the answers.”

“The combination of clear and consistent communication, and allowing the horse time to process, built so much trust.”

“We have much more trust and respect for each other now. I really enjoy the lightness—it’s still a work in progress, but it feels great.”

“The clearer I became, the more my horses responded. It felt like they trusted me more.”

“The small selection of exercises really helped. It reinforced the importance of getting each step right before rushing to the next one.”

“Before Reboot I lunged with a helmet and gear because I didn’t trust him. Now I lunge completely free. When military helicopters flew overhead, he stayed with me instead of bolting. That’s huge.”

“I’d only owned Penny for three weeks when we started. She rushed everything, but now she’s calm and steady. We even went camping and trail riding—she was amazing!”

“When I focus on what my horse needs from me, we both get better. It becomes a circle of fluid communication that feels—and looks—beautiful.”
